I’ve had the opportunity to photograph homes, apartments, and commercial properties in California. A few weeks ago, I received a unique request—one that I never thought of: To take real estate photographs for an RV. As a photographer, I’ve always embraced challenges, and this one presented an exciting twist. I had the chance to showcase a luxury RV in a way that made it feel as cozy and inviting as a traditional home. Unlike a typical home, an RV presents unique challenges when it comes to framing, lighting, and capturing its features. Unlike spacious rooms in a house, RVs are often smaller, more compact, and sometimes require creative angles to make them appear spacious. One of the challenges I faced was photographing the RV’s compact spaces. The tight quarters made it difficult to capture the full scale of certain rooms. However, by carefully choosing my angles and using a wide-angle lens, I was able to create the illusion of space and make the RV appear much larger than it is.
